RETURNS POLICY 

​You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. Your order will be dispatched the day after purchase and you will receive a confirmation email that your order is in its way. Your order will be sent with Australia Post by priority postage and should arrive within 1-4 days. If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received your product please email hellolashes@eyela.com.au with your order number. 
Returns are welcome within a 14 day period but please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser. No refund will be given if the product has been opened. Eyela does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit. Please email hellolashes@eyela.com.au with any returns, including your order number. ​

How do I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to the Returns Policy.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Eyela is proud to accept Master Card, Visa payments and PayPal. We do not offer Direct Deposit, Cheques, Diners, AMEX or cash on delivery as payment methods.

Do you ship internationally? 
Eyela is currently only available in Australia.
